Payment Method

What are the available modes of payment?

You can place an order and choose to pay via Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.

 

My Order

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once you've received an order confirmation email, your order would have been processed and no further changes can be made.

You may place a new order if there are additional items that you want and the delivery charges criteria will still apply.

 

Can I cancel my order?

The order cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

 

Return & Refund

What if I receive an incorrect / incomplete order? Or I would like an exchange or a refund?

All products will be checked and ensured to be in good condition before we pack and deliver to you.

Any request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund will be handled on a case by case basis and the decision of Seair Trading Company will be final.

In addition, any such request will have to take place within 7 days upon receiving of your order. Also:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition.
  • All packaging of each item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
  • Cost for the exchange will be borne by the buyer,

All requests must go through our customer service by submitting a request via email at “info@puriti-bn.com”, with your order number, item details, your contact details, and the reason for return/exchange.
